Products Description
2,3-Hexanedione is yellow oily liquid. It is creamy and sweet, with creamy and cheesy notes. Slightly soluble in water, soluble in propylene glycol, ethanol and oil. Natural products are found in peaches, roast chicken, beef, coffee, fermented soy sauce, etc.
Uses of 2,3-Hexanedione:
1. 2,3-Hexanedione has creamy butter aroma, can be used to blend white off, cheese, cream, caramel, pineapple honey, lychee and other edible flavors, beverages and iced food flavor dosage of up to 6.6mg/kg, sweet food and baked food flavor dosage of up to 7.3mg/kg.
2. It can be used as soap flavor, detergent flavor, perfume flavor, cream flavor and so on.
