Chlorohydrin rubber produced with epichlorohydrin is a new species of rubber, not easy to swell in general oils and common solvents, and has greater elasticity in the presence of plasticizers at low temperatures, and some of its unique features are better than nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber and butyl rubber.
