Adverse Reactions: When used to treat cattle with warble fly larvae, severe adverse reactions may occur if larvae are killed in critical areas. Injection sites may experience discomfort or temporary swelling.
Precautions:
Lactating Animals: Not to be used during lactation.
ivermectin injection uses: For subcutaneous use only. Intramuscular or intravenous injections may cause toxic reactions. Do not exceed 20 ml per subcutaneous injection site.
Formulation: Ivermectin injections containing glycerol formal and propylene glycol are only suitable for cattle, sheep, and pigs.
Environmental Safety: Ivermectin is highly toxic to shrimp, fish, and aquatic organisms. Avoid contaminating water sources with residual drugs or packaging.
