Sodium bicarbonate, chemical formula: NaHCO3, commonly known as baking soda,sodium hydrogen carbonate, white fine crystals, white alkaline powder easily soluble in water, no change in dry air, slowly decomposed in humid air to release carbon dioxide. Mainly used in food industry as additive, rubber industry as foaming agent, antacid pharmaceutical industry antacids, fire fighting equipment occurred agent, detergent with the agent, film production of detergent and soft drinks, beer, beverage CO2 agent.
