Magnesium Chloride has the chemical formula MgCl2. The common one is magnesium chloride hexahydrate, also known as bischofite, with a chemical formula of MgCl2 · 6H2O and a formula of 203.30. The crystal is a colorless and easily deliquescent monoclinic crystal with a bitter and salty taste.
