What is Chloroform CAS 67-66-3?
Chloroform, or trichloromethane, is an organochloride with the formula CHCl₃ and a common solvent. It is a volatile, colorless, sweet-smelling, dense liquid produced on a large scale as a precursor to refrigerants and PTFE.
Applications：
- Raw material for organic synthesis: Chloroform is an important raw material for the production of Freon, dyes, drugs and so on.
