Uses
- Pharmaceutical field: Benzyl cyanide is used to produce a variety of drug intermediates, and then synthesise penicillin, phenobarbital, diazepam, alprazolam and other drugs.
- Pesticide field: It is an important raw material for the synthesis of pesticide intermediates, and can be used in the manufacture of pesticides such as phoxim, inafenacoum, etc., which can be used for the control of pests and diseases of crops.
