Products Description
Isobornyl acrylate IBOA is a colourless transparent liquid with a pungent odour, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, acetone and ether. It is mainly used as a chemical raw material in the polymer industry. Isobornyl acrylate can participate in polymerisation reactions and copolymerise with other monomers to form polymers such as isobornyl acrylate. It can also be used in the production of coatings, adhesives, plastics and so on.
Applications：
1.Coating and Ink Industry: Isobornyl acrylate is used as a reactive diluent in UV curable coatings and inks.
2.Adhesive Industry: It is used to prepare pressure - sensitive adhesives, which have good adhesion and weather resistance and are suitable for bonding various materials such as plastics, metals, and papers.
3.Polymer Material Industry: IBOA is used as a monomer to prepare acrylic resins and other polymers, which can improve the thermal stability, transparency, and mechanical properties of polymers.
