Uses of N,N-Diethylhydroxylamine (DEHA):
1.N,N-Diethylhydroxylamine (DEHA) is a highly effective inhibitor for vinyl monomers and conjugated olefins, capable of preventing polymerization reactions during the production and processing of polymers.
2. In the butadiene-styrene emulsion polymerization process, it is an excellent terminator, which can effectively control the degree of polymerization and the molecular weight of the polymer.
3.DEHA is an antioxidant for unsaturated oils and resins, which can prevent them from oxidizing and deteriorating, thereby prolonging their service life.
4. In food packaging materials, it can be used as an antioxidant to keep food fresh and safe.
5. DEHA is a good stabilizer for photosensitive resins, photographic emulsions and synthetic resins, which can improve their stability and storage performance.
6.Diethylhydroxylamine is used as a deoxidizer in the water system of steam boilers. It is suitable for both low-temperature deoxidation and high-temperature steam condensate recirculation systems.
7.N,N-Diethylhydroxylamine can be used as a passivating agent for the metal surface on the water side of equipment to prevent metal corrosion.
