Oleylamine is colorless to light yellow transparent liquid, insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ether, chloroform, toluene and other organic solvents. Oleyl amine can be used in the preparation of detergents, softeners, lubricants, emulsifiers, foam agents and other products. Oleylamine can also be used as oil field oil increasing agent, metal rust preventive agent and so on.
