A: Yes! Samples can be arranged for existing products. Shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

A: T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A. Option A: 30% in advance, 70% before shipment.
Q: What is your packing?
A: Basically our packing is 25/KG bag.
Q: Where is the loading port?
A: Usually in Tianjin.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: We will ship the goods to the port of departure within 5-10 working days after receiving your payment.
Q: If there is a quality problem, how do you solve it?
A: You need to check all the goods when unloading. If you find any broken or defective products, you must take pictures from the original carton. All claims must be made within 7 business days of unloading the carton. We will advise you to claim through a third party certification or we can accept a claim based on samples or photos provided by you, but not unloading the carton. Finally, we will fully indemnify you for all damages.
