Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is white or slightly yellow powder. It is easily soluble in water and the aqueous solution is viscous. It is an important food thickener, pharmaceutical adhesive, also used in daily chemicals, paper, textile printing and dyeing and other fields.
Applications of Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose CMC：
