Products Description
Ammonium Alginate is white to light yellow fibrous or granular powder, almost odorless and tasteless, soluble in water and forms sticky solution while insoluble in ethanol, water with ethanol content more than 30%, chloroform, ethyl ether and acid solutions with PH value less than 3. It can be used as emulsifier and softener in gum-based candies.
Ammonium Alginate uses
1. Ammonium Alginate is a brown algae with cell walls widely distributed in anionic polysaccharides that form a viscous gel when combined with water.
2. It is also a Pseudomonas aeruginosa produced by bacteria.
3. It can be the major pathogen in cystic fibrosis and confers high resistance to antibiotics and macrophages to the major pathogens.
4. It can be used as a base gel, thickener, stabilizer and emulsifier.
