CAS 79-10-7 Industrial Grade 99% Acrylic acid liquid is an organic compound with the chemical formula C3H4O2. It is a colorless liquid with a pungent odor, miscible with water, and soluble in ethanol and ether. It is chemically active and easily polymerizes in air. It can be reduced to propionic acid by hydrogenation and reacts with hydrogen chloride to produce 2-chloropropionic acid. It is mainly used for the preparation of acrylic resins.
Application of CAS 79-10-7 Acrylic Acid AA:
3) Acrylic acid and its esters can be used as polymer monomers;
4) Can be used as raw materials for adhesives, coatings, resins, etc.; Resins synthesized from this product
5) Can be used in medicine, leather, textiles, papermaking, chemical fiber, rubber, building materials, plastics, packaging materials, water treatment, oil production and other industries.
