Packaging, Storage and Transportation
N,N-Dimethylformamide is a commonly used solvent for organic synthesis and reaction reagent.
1. Packaging: This product is usually packaged in glass or plastic bottles. Choose a cap that seals well and make sure the bottle is intact.

3. Storage conditions: DMF should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of ignition and oxidising agents. Avoid direct sunlight.
4. Protective measures: Protective glasses, lab gloves and protective clothing should be worn during handling. Avoid contact with skin and inhalation of vapours. If accidentally splashed on the skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
5. Avoid mixing: N,N-Dimethylformamide should not be mixed with strong oxidising agents, strong acids or strong bases. Avoid reaction with other chemicals to prevent dangerous accidents.
