Methyl methacrylate (MMA) is a colourless liquid, volatile and flammable. It is soluble in ethanol, ether, acetone and other organic solvents, slightly soluble in ethylene glycol and water. It polymerises easily in the presence of light, heat, ionising radiation and catalysts.

Uses
