Uses of 1,3-Propanesultone：
1.Electrolyte Additive for Lithium Batteries: 1,3-Propanesultone can inhibit side reactions on the electrode surface and the dissolution of metal ions, improve the initial capacity of the battery, adjust the high and low temperature storage performance of the battery, increase the number of battery cycles and prolong the service life.
2.Organic Synthesis Intermediate: It is used to synthesize sulfonic acid functionalized acidic ionic liquid modified silica catalysts, zwitterionic molten salts and zwitterionic organofunctional silicones.
3. 1,3-Propane sultone is used in the electroplating industry to adjust the surface properties of substances, and can also be used as a brightener, dye, zwitterionic surfactant, sulfonating agent and plant growth regulator.
