Applications of Poly DL-lactide-co-glycolide：
1.Drug release carrier: Poly DL-lactide-co-glycolide can encapsulate drugs to achieve the slow release of drugs, prolong the action time of drugs in the body, improve the efficacy of drugs, and reduce the toxic and side effects of drugs.
2.Tissue engineering scaffolds: Due to its good biocompatibility and degradability, PLGA can be made into three - dimensional porous scaffolds to provide support for cell growth, proliferation, and tissue repair.
3.Medical device coating: Coating medical devices with PLGA can improve the biocompatibility of the devices, reduce the friction between the devices and tissues, and reduce the risk of thrombosis.
