Uses
- Production of melamine-formaldehyde resin: Melamine can condense with formaldehyde to form melamine-formaldehyde resin. This resin is widely used in the manufacture of plastic tableware, kitchenware, decorative panels, electrical insulating materials and so on.
- Wood processing: It can be used to produce impregnated paper, which can be combined with paper and then hot-pressed to make decorative panels.
- Textile industry: Melamine can be used as textile auxiliaries for finishing fabrics.
- Agricultural field: It can be used as the raw material of slow-acting nitrogen fertiliser.
