Polybutadiene Rubber PBR 1220/BR 9000

Polybutadiene Rubber PBR1220 is a high cis polybutadiene rubber produced using neodymium catalyst technology. It is supplied as a light-colored solid rubber bale and is insoluble in water. With a cis-1,4 content typically above 96% and a very low glass transition temperature, PBR1220 provides outstanding abrasion resistance, resilience, tear strength and low-temperature flexibility after vulcanization. It is widely used in high-performance tire compounds, conveyor belts, shoe soles and other dynamic rubber products where low rolling resistance and long service life are required.

 

Polybutadiene Rubber BR9000 is a high cis polybutadiene rubber produced by solution polymerization of butadiene using a nickel-based catalyst system. Compared with natural rubber, BR9000 offers improved heat aging resistance and stable processing performance, making it suitable for tires, industrial rubber products, footwear and various molded rubber components.
