Products Description
Plastic Material HDPE
High density Polyethylene (HDPE): is a highly crystalline non-polar thermoplastic resin produced through the copolymerization of ethylene and a small amount of α-olefin monomer. HDPE is synthesized under low pressure and is therefore also called low-pressure polyethylene. HDPE is mainly a linear molecular structure and has little branching. It has a high degree of crystallization and high density. It can withstand high temperatures and has good rigidity and mechanical strength and anti-chemical corrosion.
Application of High Density Polyethylene HDPE Pellet:
1. Film grade is widely used in the production of packaging bags, films, etc.
2. Blow molding grade is used to manufacture various bottles, cans, jars, and barrels; injection molding grade is used to manufacture food boxes, plastic pallets, and cargo containers.
3. Blow molding products: food packaging bags, grocery shopping bags, fertilizer lining films, etc.
4. Extrusion products: pipes are mainly used for gas transportation, public water supply, and chemical transportation, such as building materials, gas pipes, hot water drain pipes, etc.: plates are mainly used for seats, suitcases, and handling containers.
