2-Methylpyrazine is an organic compound. It is a colorless to pale yellow liquid with a pyridine-like odor. 2-Methyl Pyrazine is relatively stable under normal conditions, but may undergo reactions such as ammoxidation under specific conditions.2-Methylpyrazine is used as flavoring agents in bread fresh bread, butter, chocolate, chocolate cocoa, coffee, meat roasted, nut almond.
Uses:
1.2-Methylpyrazine Liquid has a nutty, musty, roasted and earthy aroma and is used to formulate edible flavors such as peanut, potato, nut, coffee and cocoa.
