What is 4,4'-Methylenebis(2-methylcyclohexylamine)?
DETDA is a colorless to light yellow liquid with a strong amine odor. It has low viscosity, low toxicity, high curing speed and excellent mechanical properties. It is also a polyamine with a polyurethane starter product.
Dimethyldicyane (DMDC) is mainly used as a crosslinker and curing agent for polyurethane elastomers (e.g., advanced car seat suspension systems, sports shoe midsoles, etc.). It has a wide range of applications in the manufacture of coatings, adhesives, sealing materials, elastomers, polyurethane foams and other fields.
