- Industrial field: 85% Formic acid is one of the basic organic chemical materials and can be used to produce many organic products such as methyl formate and formamide. It can also be used as tanning agent, ash remover and neutraliser for rubber and leather, as well as reducing agent for printing and dyeing industry.
