N-Oleyl-1,3-Propanediamine is usually colorless to light yellow liquid, soluble in organic solvents such as water, alcohol and ether, with strong alkaline, can react with acid to form salt. It is an important intermediate in the preparation of cationic surfactants and amphoteric surfactants, and is widely used in detergents, cosmetics, textiles, leather and other industries.
Applications of N-Oleyl-1,3-Propanediamine (Oleyl Diamine)：
1.Surfactant: N-Oleyl-1,3-Propanediamine is an important intermediate for the preparation of cationic surfactant and amphoteric surfactant. These surfactants are widely used in detergents, cosmetics, textiles, leather and other industries.
2. N-Oleyl-1,3-propyl diamine can be used as epoxy resin curing agent, commonly used in coatings, adhesives, composite materials and other fields to improve the performance of products.
3. Oil additives: added to lubricating oil and fuel oil, oleyl diamine can improve the antioxidant property, anti-wear property and anti-rust property of the oil.
4. Other fields: used as accelerator and antioxidant in rubber processing; used for sizing and reinforcing paper in papermaking industry; also has certain applications in pharmaceutical field, such as as drug intermediates.
