Polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrchloride (PHMG) is a broad-spectrum bactericide and a new type of environment-friendly multipurpose cationic polymer. It is easily soluble in water, and the aqueous solution is colorless and tasteless. PHMG has many excellent properties such as broad-spectrum efficiency, low concentration of use, no foam, no drug resistance, biodegradability, and has been widely used in the sterilization and mildew prevention of plant protection, industrial products, food and daily necessities.
Applications：
1. Industrial field: PHMG is widely used in water treatment, as a bactericide and algaecide, which can effectively control the microbial growth in industrial circulating water. Polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrchloride can also be used in paper making industry to prevent mold and microbial contamination of paper and improve the quality and preservation period of paper.
