Uses of Sodium Metabisulfite 99%
(1) Food grade: Bleaching agent (e.g. candy, cake, bamboo shoots, etc.); Fluffing agent (e.g. bread, cookies, etc.); Preservative and fungicide (e.g. fruit juice, canned food, beer, stored grain food, etc.); Inhibitor and freshener (e.g. daylily, seafood, fruits and vegetables, etc.).
(2) Industrial grade: Dyeing and printing mordant; dechlorinating agent after textile bleaching; sulfonating agent and reducing agent in chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry; pulp bleaching agent, bamboo bleaching agent; wastewater treatment agent; rubber coagulant Perfume industry is used as hydrocarbon perfume aldehyde.
(3) Pharmaceutical grade: Sodium Metabisulfite is used in chemical synthesis for the production of acrylic fiber, vitamin K, vitamin A, pharmaceutical intermediates, etc.
