What is the use of ivermectin tablets for cattle?
As an anthelmintic ("Dewormer") medication it can be used to treat multiple species of internal and external parasites. Internal parasite species that can be treated with ivermectin include gastrointestinal worms (primarily roundworms) in horses, cattle, pigs, sheep, and goats as well as lungworms in cattle and pigs.
Dosage and Administration:
Sheep: Administer 0.4 tablets per 10 kg of body weight.
Pigs: Administer 0.6 tablets per 10 kg of body weight.

Precautions
- Do not use it during lactation.
- Not recommended for Collie breeds.
- Ivermectin is highly toxic to shrimp, fish, and other aquatic organisms; avoid contaminating water sources with packaging or residues.
- Use cautiously during the first 45 days of pregnancy in sows.
