Pentaerythritol tetraoleate(Pentaerythritol Oleate) has low density and high viscosity; it has good thermal and oxidative stability at room temperature; it is a non-polar solvent with good lubricity; it has a certain mobility and solubility, and can be soluble with many organic substances. PETO is often used as a lubricant, widely used in mechanical equipment, automobile engines, lubricants and other fields.
Applications:
1. Lubrication: With excellent lubrication performance,high viscosity index, good flame resistance, and a biodegradation rate of over 90%, pentaerythritol oleate is an idealt oil for No.68 synthetic ester type flame resistant hydraulic oils.
2. Blending oil: Pentaerythritol tetraoleate can be used to blend environmentally friendly hydraulic oil, chain saw oil, and engine oil for water yachts.
3. Oily agent: Used as an oily agent in steel plate cold rolling liquid, steel pipe drawing oil, and other metal working fluids.
4. Film forming: Esters have good surface film forming properties and can be used in soft and hard PVC sheets,plate guide profiles,pipes,transparent bottle materials, and heat shrinkable film.
