Products Description
Benzyl Methacrylate (BZMA) is colorless transparent liquid with special aromatic odor. It can be used as a raw material in the synthesis of chemicals for the production of resins, coatings, plastics and rubbers, etc.; as a solvent or plasticizer, benzyl methacrylate can also be used in the manufacture of coatings and paints; and BZMA can be used as a cross-linking agent for thermosetting resins to increase the hardness and heat resistance of the resin.
Applications of Benzyl Methacrylate:
1. Benzyl methacrylate is used to prepare polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and other copolymers. The polymers synthesized with BZMA have good hardness, wear resistance, and weather resistance, and are widely used in the manufacture of optical lenses, transparent plastics, and other products.
2.As a toughening agent and modifier, it can improve the adhesion and wear resistance of coatings, thus being widely used in the fields of architectural coatings, automotive coatings, and industrial adhesives.
3. BZMA Monomer can be used as a drug carrier or provide a thickening effect in cosmetics. In cosmetics, it can adjust the viscosity and stability of products and improve the feel and appearance of cosmetics.
4.Due to its good electrical insulation properties, it is widely used in electronic packaging materials.Widely used in the packaging of integrated circuits, electronic components, and printed circuit boards.
